  • Cold Throw: Aroma detected from an unlit candle after curing.
  • Hot Throw: Aroma detected while burning.
  • Melt Pool: The layer of melted wax on the top surface while burning.
  • Cure Time: Time allowed for fragrance to bind with wax before burning.
  • Flash Point: Temperature at which a fragrance can vaporize to form an ignitable mixture.
